Therapeutic massage targets specific areas of tension or discomfort, using focused non-Swedish techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Relaxation massage focuses on relieving tension and calming the nervous system through gentle, Swedish techniques that promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
What I offer

Book a 60 minute or 90 minute massage.
Therapist will arrive 10 to 15 mins early to set up equipment and discuss intake-form, allowing client to receive their full treatment time.
Please note if client is late to their appointment, I as the therapist will not extend treatment to make up for lost time.

These appointments allow for two members of the same household to receive a massage one right after another.
You can receive:
Two 60 minute massages
Two 90 minute massages
One 60 minute & one 90 minute massage
Five minutes will be allotted for change over. Any overages will come out of the second massage.

About me
As a former competitive gymnast, I learned early on how important it is to take care of the body, but it wasn’t until injury forced me to step away from the sport I loved that I truly understood the value of balanced movement and muscular health.
Despite being a strong athlete capable of high-level skills, I didn’t understand why I was being given “simple” exercises in physio; until I experienced multiple major injuries, including a torn ACL, ruptured Achilles, and meniscus damage. That turning point reshaped my perspective. I shifted from athlete to coach, and for the past 13+ years, I’ve made it a priority to educate my athletes on body mechanics, injury prevention, and the relationship between strength, flexibility, and long-term performance.
Motivated by my own recovery, I wanted to deepen my understanding of anatomy so I could take control of my rehabilitation. Through focused education in massage therapy, I’ve been able to correct imbalances and prove to myself and others that informed, consistent care can truly support healing and performance. Now, through ReAlign Body & Health, I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with my community. Whether you're managing injury, stress, or simply striving to move better, I’m here to help guide you on your wellness journey with care that’s specific to your body and your goals.
Personally, I continue to stay connected to wellness through movement I enjoy. I take my dog for morning and afternoon walks, hit the gym several times a week, and have recently picked up tennis and golf, two sports I’ve come to love playing with my significant other. These activities help me stay fit, grounded, and energised so I can show up fully for my clients and myself.
